Luiz Antonio tells his mother that he does not want to eat his octopus gnocchi – it’s an animal. And “when we eat animals they die!” Luiz continues, “I don’t like that they die. I like that they stay standing up.”
Only when his mother starts to cry does he realize he is “doing something beautiful.”
